WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Please allow us 1-3 business days to process your order. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST? DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Standard global shipping is a flat rate of €4, and free standard shipping for orders over €40.

**PLEASE NOTE: customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes and brokerage fees that may be required by your respective local government.  Eensock cannot determine the exact amount of these fees in advance.  Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost and will be collected upon delivery from the carriers for certain packages. You may check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be

DID MY ORDER SHIP YET? I HAVEN'T RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL

You should receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped. Please check your spam or junk mail folder if you did not receive a confirmation email. For a time specific estimate or shipping update please email support@sockseason.com.

HOW SOON CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

It takes 7-21 business days for the standard shipping. There may be delay during holidays, striking action of destination country etc. We will deem it as lost if the parcel cannot reach you in 50 days. And we will deliver a new parcel or fully refund you.

CAN I UPGRADE SHIPPING?

Yes. If you need the order urgently, we can help to upgrade the shipping to DHL, Fedex, SF Express etc. International express takes another €4-10. Please contact us when you place the your order. Email: support@eensock.com

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept PayPal. You can pay by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, JCB, Diners Club International through PayPal. With this method, your order is protected by Us as well as PayPal. Buyer's right can be protected more strongly.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER? OR EXCHANGE ITEMS IN THE CURRENT ORDER? 

Yes, you can cancel your order in 12 hours if you change your mind. Just contact us with your name and order number. Email us: support@eensock.com 

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

Yes! All purchases can be returned within 14 days EXCEPT final sale products. The items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged and must have all tags attached. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
